harrisburg expressway. you can see light volume. no problems. this is 895 number of 40. very light in volume. no incidents to report. that is the latest on traffic pulse 11. >> those who shop at towson town center still coming to grips with the shooting outside of nordstrom's. rob roblin is live with what police believe the shooting was not random. >> police are emphasizing that saying it was not a random act of violence. police have identified the victim. it is 19-year-old rodney pridget. he was shot outside the mall. a suspect and the victim were seen outside the mall. there was a suspect talking

with or some kind of reaction with the victim inside the mall. police say this was not a random act, that pridget was an intended target. >> we know now based on the investigation so far that this absolutely was not a random act of violence. this was absolutely not a robbery. >> officials at the mall have released a statement saying they are working with investigators on this case and that the security of the shoppers and employees are the top concerns every day, not just when incidents like this occur. this investigation is occuon going and no arrests have been made. >> police identified a man shot

by an officer in dundalk. he faces several charges including attempted murder. police say he entered a home wearing a mask and carrying a gun. he robbed a woman inside the home and was shot by police after he refused to drop his weapon. >> a mississippi man who led police on a chase is convicted in a washington county courtroom. he led police up interstate 81 in a tractor-trailer of december of last year. he was convicted on assault. a sentencing date has not been set. a corruption scheme involving jack johnson. a man will spend three months in prison.10

police say he gave money and gifts to johnson. johnson was sentenced to more than seven years in prison. the prosecution in the case against bradley manning wraps up. defense lawyers are expected to argue that he never should have had access to the classified material. the hearing will determine if manning should be court- martialed. >> martin o'malley held a meeting to discuss the possibility of ending funding. a spokesperson said it is unlikely that he will go through with the idea. a final decision has not been made. that brings us to our water cooler question of the day. should maryland abolished the death penalty?

through the noon hour as we reach a high of 59 by 3:00 p.m., a warm day. >> a 7-rolled dies after falling off a ski lift. -- 87-year-old dies from a -- a 7-year-old dies. officials released a statement expressing their condolences to the boy's family. the resort did not release the name of the victim. a set of large daggers' found concealed in a book. they discovered two throwing daggers' hidden in a book at reagan national. the book containing the weapons was found in it chicago-bound carry-on bag.

throughout the day. we're waking up to dry weather right now but that may change as we move into the afternoon. much more substantial showers down to the south and virginia. a storm system is lifting into the east. unbelievably mild right now. same as we saw yesterday. we will warm up more into the afternoon. this is lifting off to the east. the cold air will be pushing and from the west. it will take a couple of days to reach in. the cold there is not bad. 32 in kansas city. -- the cold air is not bad. it will not be a harsh change of temperatures, just a gradual drop down. let's look at the temperatures.
